Being the Administrative Center of India, the objective is to improve the coordination, collaboration andsynergy among various organs of the Central Government to boost productivity through highly functional and purpose designed office infrastructure. They drive the strategies and plays a vital role in the Nation’sbuilding.

To achieve this, they were looking for a powerful collaboration solution to be implemented in their newheadquarter. The Challenge was to provide the latest state of the art solutions for seamless collaborationand communications while adhering the strict timelines.

Solution

Tech Connect helped to implement Meeting Infrastructure and Video Collaboration tools that is flexible and effective. The Solution includes:

• Wired & wireless BYOD connectivity with interactive touch screen for data sharing & annotation during presentation.
• Video collaboration with applications such as Microsoft Team, Google Meet, Zoom, etc., as well as with the remote participants joined through deployed hard VC device.
• Wireless technology, which allows presenters and participants to share their presentation wirelessly via their laptop or other mobile devices during in room meeting and Video conference.
• Wireless Handled & Lapel Microphone and the latest technology of ceiling microphone to facilitate every participants for two-way communication.
• Best in-class sound reinforcement for uniform distribution of loud & clear audio to every participant.
• Digital signal transmission through CAT6 cables to carry audio, video and control data, which considerably improves the cable management and reduces the maintenance cost.
• User friendly GUI for complete system Automation and seamless witching between multiple sources.
• Live telecast of television channels through satellite antenna for latest updates.

Looking after the major player’s in the market, Tech Connect has been called upon for end-to end SITC job. Tech Connect undertook the Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning work for Audio Visual system of 714 Rooms. These rooms are used for Presentation, Video Conference, Training, Seminar and Musicapplications. The Project included various types of Rooms with different configurations, such as:

• Joint Secretary Cabin, Secretary Office, Minister of State Office, Minister’s Office
• 8 Pax Meeting Room, 25 Pax Conference Room, 42 Pax Conference Room
• 44 Pax Conference Room, 220 Pax Multipurpose Room and Music Room
