I set up this company with a primary objective of helping enterprises collaborate better using the existing audio and video technologies. The company has grown from a one man, home run company to a hundred and fifty people, multi location offices across the country, Middle East and South East Asia. From the time of inception, we accomplished over a 50 million dollar business with some of the largest customers added to our portfolio of customers.

General Harkirat Singh

A veteran Indian Army Officer with post graduate degrees in Radars & Control Systems (MCEME), Defence Studies (Madras) and Management Studies (Osmania). He earned his MPhil in International Studies (Panjab). He has received training in India and abroad.

Maj Gen Harkirat Singh has over five decades of operations, logistics and procurement experience when working in India and Europe. He has vast experience in establishing and maintaining complex electronic systems in varied terrains. He has headed two premier engineering colleges under Pune University and Baroda.

His key skills include strategic management, rendering long-term engineering support and crashing of delayed projects. He has been a Director at Tech Connect Services Pvt Ltd since.

Transformative HR and Operations executive with over 25 years of driving organizational success at Fortune 200 companies and high-growth technology firms and currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards for a global diagnostics group ($11B+ revenue), leading strategic HR initiatives across a workforce of 27,000+ employees globally.

Raj has demonstrated exceptional ability in scaling organizations and optimizing HR operations, successfully leading one technology company’s expansion from 75 to 1,500 employees globally. His expertise spans executive compensation design, post-IPO equity strategies, and total rewards implementation across 25+ countries, and his experience spans multiple industries including technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods at companies such as Danaher, Airbnb, Illumina, Altria Group, Merck and WillisTowersWatson.
Raj holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, an MS in Technology Management from Mercer University, and a BA from Morehouse College. He is certified in Compensation and Executive Compensation through WorldatWork and is a Certified Partner in Training and Talent Optimization with The Predictive Index.
